The current owners of Bacik Deli are Peter and Margaret Bacik.

Peter’s parents, Stanley and Helen, started the family business with its original location at 2976 N. Milwaukee Ave near St. Hyacinth’s church also known as Jackowo. Stanley and Helen came as immigrants to the United States from Poznan, Poland and set up Bacik’s Deli in the northwest part of Chicago. They used old world, family recipes which are still used to this day.
